Welcome to Luma & Bloom. By placing an order on lumaandbloom.net, you agree to the following terms.

Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.

Payment: We accept cash on delivery and the payment methods shown at checkout.

Delivery: Karachi 1–2 working days, rest of Pakistan 3–5 working days. Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges: Damaged, leaking or incorrect items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unused and sealed. See our Return & Exchange Policy.

Product Use: Our products are for external and household use only. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
