Refund policy

We want you to love every Luma & Bloom product.

If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. Products must be unused, sealed and in original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 312 8888840 with your order number and a photo of the product. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
